A meaningful and bubbly love story
This drama will not only show you a cute and sweet romance, but will also make you appreciate the effort poured by authors, illustrators, and editors into their work. It teaches us the art of writing, the fruit of hardwork, and the beauty of helping people in making their dreams come true.Moonlight opens our eyes to the writing and publishing industry as a heartfelt love story forms between the main leads who works as an author and an editor. They gave us a couple with a wonderdul chemistry that brought as butterflies and laughter.
Watching this drama is really inspiring and pleasing. The main lead's acting was spectactular, he managaed to portray an arrogant yet kind and charming guy that caprures the heart of viewers. His childishness and stubborness is my favorite aspect of him becuse depsite of his imperfections, these personality is the one that made him lovable and stay true to himself even when faced with criticisms. The female lead was also like a ray of sunshine filled with compassion and perseverance. Her bright character makes this show interesting and enjoying.
The storyline of this drama was simple yet captivating. Despite not having plenty of twist and turns, it managed to keep me watching and stay tuned on each episode espicially with the wonderfust cast, OST, and production.

I highly recommend giving it a shot!
Moonlight is a romantic comedy with a charming couple, heartwarming romance, and hilarious moments. Although the drama has some common clichés, it was used in a unique and adorable way that made it thoroughly enjoyable. At first, I thought it would be a light and easy watch, where you could simply ignore logic. However, the drama turned out to be well-crafted and also very inspiring. Moonlight offers a closer look at the publishing industry, particularly the editor behind a successful author. The actors were well-cast too; Yu Shuxin played Chu Li perfectly, and although I was hesitant about Ding Yuxi's character at first, he eventually grew on me! The drama is one of the better romantic comedies made in recent years, so you should definitely give it a try!Was this review helpful to you?
Once you start you will not stop
Esther Yu surprised me with her acting, I started following her singing career un Chuang 2020 and I didn't expect such a good series. The plot is not that common to see and I like that the chemistry between characters is not forced, is a bit more mature and not so cheesy as other series where Esther is in the main couple. Is a good serie to watch with friends or alone, easy to understand and very beautiful in general. I will recommend this serie to everyone, I've seen three times and I will watch it again for sure

Full of fluff overrated drama
This drama is about people in writing and publishing business. ML is an author who is young and popular and female lead is an editor and slowly climbing the corporate ladder started as an intern. i am surprised that this drama is 8.4 rating. The story is total cliché full of fluff. 1st ML and FL Ryan Ding and Ether Wu does not have chemistry on screen. Ether Wu's role was very confusing, she comes across timid but she acts brave and is outspoken sometimes, sometimes she behaves like a crazy women with no sense, sometimes she when she is none of above she is talking like a child. She is ambitious but relying on all three leads for her success. Ryan Ding portrays typical author who is aloof and cold and minds his own business but in reality he is kind and often misunderstood. His acting and character he played was at least consistent. 2nd ML and FL leads have good chemistry and mature roles. I liked them both. Most annoying thing for me was the background music, which was so loud and plays all the the time even when there is a dialogue going on in front back ground music is not subtle and completely unnecessary. If you have time to kill, watch it, otherwise you can pass this one.Was this review helpful to you?
The love between Writer & Editor!
Delightful light romance C-drama that captures the essence of modern relationships! The story revolves around an online friendship that blossoms into a beautiful romance as the male lead (ML), a typical cold, proud, and talented guy, navigates his feelings for the female lead (FL). She’s the complete opposite—bubbly, cute, and full of energy, bringing a refreshing dynamic to their interactions. The chemistry between the leads is simply adorable, making their journey from partner (Writer & Editor) to a couple feel natural and heartwarming. The simplicity of the plot works in its favor, allowing the characters' growth and relationship development to shine.

Cute story
I'm enjoying this drama so far. I like Esther Yu and enjoyed watching her in Love Between Fairy and Devil and Find Yourself. She plays the innocent girl with a good heart, but you know there's someone who's not completely clueless and quickly grows up at some point, really well. I always enjoy watching her character development and how she matures from the beginning to the end. And so far, her character in this drama seems to be similar. Some people find her voice annoying, but I think it works for the roles that she plays. And the ML with being kind of opposite of her works. I enjoyed the humor throughout the early episodes so far. If you're looking for a light Rom Com with a slow pace and easy viewing, this is for you. My only minor complaint is sometimes when the background music with lyrics is playing, if you're dependent on subtitles like me, the subtitles for the lyrics kind of interferes with the subtitles for the dialogue. So it's hard to follow as they are both posted at the same time. Was this review helpful to you?
A perfect and strong female lead
Chu Li is amazing and Esther Yu did a wonderful job acting this character. I thought this drama would drag but I feel like everything happened accordingly and never bored me. What I enjoy the most is the good variety of female actors this cast has and it's the same amount or even more of male casts. Which feels good specially in a editors company, their are no female VS female in the job but more like older guys trying to do things their way but Chu Li never stops her goals and goes for what she desires. It potrays Chu Li passion for books and how she expresses her like of authors and how they should be represented. She doesn't hesitate for her dreams and you always see how she grows from a young rookie to a professional which is amazing, she never stopped her goals for anyone and I feel like drama is more centered on her. I think both male and female lead got to grow and specially the male lead to stop being immature which was annoying at the beginning but around middle to end you can see how well he treats Chu Li and his decisions become more mature and thinks before he acts. This drama is very sweet and well done. It has a part for everything and I believe it was so well done in representation of having a big female cast as working woman with their struggles and their hopes of growing and earning a spot in their work place. I would highly recommend this drama. The only con I would give is the second couple, honestly I could careless about them. If their characters didn't exist I wouldn't mind hahaha I did like the second male lead a bit more and I enjoyed the female lead too but I just didn't feel intrigued in their love life I actually liked their character seperate but once together felt meh to me

Was this review helpful to you?
