No es algo que volvería a ver...
No sé si tengo cosas buenas para decir, pero, ¿qué se puede esperar de una mini serie de 4 episodios con un máximo de 15 minutos por cada uno? Ni fuma historia puede contarse en tant corto tiempo, y a veces el relleno entretenido es un poco necesario.En esta historia hay un mínimo de relleno, sí, pero te cuentan todo tan apresuradamen que tal vez no te das cuenta de ello. El desarrollo y los momentos entretenidos que te hacen empatizar y encariñarte con los personajes... no lo sentí en esta serie.
Parece el proyecto que te mandan a hacer en Desarrollo Audiovisual y Producción. Forzosamente le soy un 3 general. No la odié, pero tampoco me gustó; es simplemente "meh", y estoy segura de que me voy a olvidar de su existencia.

It tell the story of 2 guys Su wei and Senior xiaole meeting at school and instant connection. You find out in story that senior met suwei on a few different occasions by accident and fell in low. As senior graduates and leaves for acting career, suewei mom finds out and immediately tells him to break it off. So senior realizes at mother request to breakup. So to prove himself he does a d tells suwei toe wait for him. 2 Year pass and suwei graduates and senior comes back as an actor who can provide and protect.. Now you need to watch all of it.It was a powerful expression of true love to give 100% of oneself for another happiness and not wanting in exchange. The family value and quality of life is the mature answer. I loved this mini drama. The cast did a wonderful job as I cried and laughed with them. 👍🏻😊🇺🇸

In addition, the plot is still fragmented into individual chapters between the two protagonists. Don't be alarmed at the beginning that "Senior" is going so fast, you will learn why in the process. Likeable actors, the love of two young men as the central motive, a good impression.
Solidní taiwanský snímek, kdy jsou všechny čtyři minidíly v jednom souboru.
Navíc děj je mezi oběma protagonisty ještě rozkouskován do jednotlivých kapitol. Nelekněte se začátku, že jde na to "Senior" tak zhurta, v průběhu se dozvíte, proč. Herci sympatičtí, láska dvou mladých mužů jako ústřední motiv, dobrý dojem.

A Love Story
Two guys meet as students. The connection is instantaneous and they start dating. But Xiaole needs to go away in order to pursue his acting career. Su Wei stays in college and they continue being together through long distance relationship. But then Su Wei's mother discovers her son is gay and the whole hell breaks loose. Su Wei moves in with Xiaole who puts his acting career on indefinite hold. But living together is not all fun and roses so when SuWei's mother begs him to leave her son, Xiaole obeys and leaves. He comes back two years later.The story is a classical love story going through the usual hardships after the initial honeymoon period: family acceptance, money, jobs, friends, sex and so on! Problems keep piling on until everything breaks. But fortunately it is not broken beyond repair.
This short web series was made by the main actor Xiaole. The production is low budget but the story is well written and the two main actors have great chemistry. The problems are small but important things : actresses playing cousin and mother are both far too old for those roles so it is really distracting. The clothes they wear do not change over the years of the relationship. The sound is badly recorded and there are scenes where they are having a conversation subbed in mandarin but we do not hear it nor is it translated into english. Those conversations look like lovey dovey talk but still....I may be mistaken. I liked the characters lines written vertically in certain scenes.
The main actor is handsome and talented and I wish we could see him in more roles than those self produced ones!

Short but sweet
The episodes are really short - the first one is only several minutes long - but they still manage to tell a complete story in each episode.Although in some parts the writing isn't perfect (I still do not understand how and why they met, for example), the story is mostly well-written and very relatable. The hardships of finding a job and managing an "adult life", having a gay relationship while your family isn't accepting, etc - are conveyed perfectly.
The music though... sometime the music doesn't match the scene at all, and it almost always abruptly stops or changes when the scene is over or even in the middle of it.
I might watch it again. Go see it! it's on YouTube in 1080 and fully subbed to English.

Une mini série de films courts mais forts agréables à regarder qui nous parlent de l'amour vrai une puissante expression de l'amour véritable qui consiste à se donner à 100% pour le bonheur de l'autre sans jamais rien attendre en retour si ce n'est son sourire de chaque jour.Une histoire pleine de maturité qui nous montre les valeurs de la famille et qui s'attache aussi au désir d'une bonne qualité de vie, des thèmes abordés très réalistes sur la façon de vivre son amour malgré l'avis de la famille et les difficultés de vivre une vie d'adulte avec toutes les responsabilités qui y affèrent.
Malgré le fait que les épisodes soient courts, ils parviennent, à chaque, fois, à nous raconter une histoire en entier, plaçant les ellipses et voix-off des personnages au bon moment.
