First of all, the stunning cinematography is something both series perfect. The fact that they take place in a university and the characters are film/theatre majors.
They are both bls with a soothing setting

Enjoy
PS: watch 'I told subset about you first'

Somehow I feel both of them are similar in a way like competitiveness to a wonderful romance.........................................

Both are korean productions set in a university setting, they cover first time relationship experiences of a freshman lead, and have an independent film quality to them.

blueming is so short but if you like the eighth sense so far, you'll feel like they give the same kinda atmosphere. i really loved blueming and miss it. the cinematography is quite similar as they both have beautiful landscapes and the beachessssss

They're both about character growth. In both series, the MCs have to work together due to a school project and start to develop feelings because of it. While the overall story isn't the same, there are similar themes and feel to it. I personally enjoyed Blueming very, very much (more than Love Class, though I also liked Love Class). If you want characters acting out in a very realistic manner, but also watching love bloom between them, give Blueming a try.

Both are sweet, slice-of-life BLs with:
- Consensual, healthy gay relationships in which the characters are learning to be communicative boyfriends
- Beautiful cinematography
- No homophobia (although both couples remain closeted) and no fetishization of gayness by other characters
- Some serious subject matter while still remaining fluffy and having some comedy

Blueming is set in college and has a bit of a higher heat level, while Kimi no Koto Dake Mite Itai is set in high school and has a minimal heat level.

career/technical skills focused circumstances
misunderstandings between the mains
persistence while trying to be respectful of boundaries (but could still be excessive)
personal growth

Both are directed by Hwang Daseul, also both dramas aren't too heavy and didn't have too much angst-y feels. Something good for a quick binge watch. They had similar chill vibes too!

Both series comprise of characters pursuing their dreams, as well as tackling the very serious question of by what means do they want to get there, while settling into a comfortable dynamic in their new relationships. The overall straightforwardness, tone, and production quality were very similar - giving off a vibe that they could even be taking place in the same storyworld as each other.

One of the male leads in Blueming has a similar vibe about him as the male lead in Cheese in the trap, both are portrayed as being perfect and untouchable but also manipulative. Both shows are based on webtoons.

If you liked the series you will also like blueming.
The circumstances in which the couple met each other are really similar, also
the stylistic tools of the director are similar.

The chemistry between the couples are really cute and bubbly

Personally, I liked blueming more, but that's just my personal opinion

Both series are slow burn with yearning. Please Tell Me So is just super short + worth-watching show and Blueming is a mini series with its series topic but you can see the similar vibe in both <3

While watching this It gave me the same vibe. I really like the simplicity and realism of both drama. Because they are so mundane that you have no hard time believing that this can truly happen in real life. And you leave the ending wanting more yet satisfied that it’s an hopeful end.
