Nerve-wracking and exciting but very underwhelming ending

The first 8 episodes were really fun to watch, last 4 episodes got progressively boring - also morals where?
Acting by the supporting characters wasnt the best although gi osung and seo ji hoon did great even towards the end when their characters were barley making sense (in terms of motives).
This isn't a romance drama but the fl and ml had great teamwork and chemistry, and their gradual friendship was natural which made me root for them to get together. But somehow, the moments that were meant to be romantic at the end felt awkward - the whole drama just wasnt wrapped up well which is really disappointing because i was actually really enjoying it and looking forward for new eps.

Other than that, this is what I call a perfect binge. The entire time I was so intrigued by the suspense, and I ADORE Park Solomon and Shin Yeeun :) Seeing them together made my heart feel all fuzzy (although I wish they had more screen time together T-T). Also I'm quite impressed by Chae Sang Woo's acting, his character made me want to die every time he showed up on the screen LOL.

I'm not so great at reviews but I felt the need to write something as I feel this drama is very special to me. Happy watching to whoever sees this!

Everything a youth revenge drama should be

This is exactly what I wanted from a youth revenge drama — the story was nerve-wracking, the cliffhangers were intense, and the chemistry was top-notch. There is the perfect balance between intense scenes and quiet moments you would expect from two teenagers who were lucky enough to find each other despite all the tension and uncertainty in their lives.

I watched each week's episodes with bated breath and I think the pacing was fantastic as well, with bits and pieces of the story being unveiled each episode. The communication between the characters was both intriguing and satisfying and there's even very subtle layers of social commentary around law enforcement if you squint.

Would definitely recommend.

NOTE: I think it's also necessary to say that this drama is not at all an accurate depiction of DID and there are problems with the "evil alter ego" trope — this is still a great watch but everyone should keep that in mind.

Excellent so far

I watched the first 2 episodes and man this show is so good,The way the story unfolds is so intriguing and all the actors are great in their roles. JI Suhyeon is my favourite character so far and Lomon has done a great job with it.Ok Chanmi is also so good. 2 episodes in this show has me hooked and i cannot wait to watch the next episode.I highly recommend this show to you trust me you won't regret it. Also the music in this show is really good too , the music is a breath of fresh air,it will keep you hyped. The plot is very simple but the way it moves forward is what makes this show unlike anything you have seen before and on top of that the action scenes are thrilling as well.

Slow burn

I tried to finish watching this drama but I can't bring myself to finish it. It's too slow and every episode that I've watched so far is repetitive. You have the main FL doing stupid things like answering encrypting messages that someone keeps leaving in her locker...You would think if you answer one cryptic message by showing up where there's no activity happening and get clocked in the head with a brick...don't answer anymore cryptic letters but she does. While on that subject-who survives by getting clocked on the head with a brick??? The girl got discharged the next day with no injuries to the brain!!! Be real guys!!

Then you have other male characters being their usual-bullies and the other female who looks like a bully herself bullying the main FL for no apparent reason. I can't go on about this drama because it seems like I covered everything because every episode IS THE SAME!!!
I usually give it to episode 5 but I just can't bring myself to finish. I don't understand the high ratings this drama received. Another Korean drama that I've dropped which is no surprise.

In the 4½ years that I've been watching Korean dramas I've dropped a lot within the past two years. I hate rom-coms and can't seem to find any good dramas without the sappy romance so what else is there to watch?

I was going to watch Fiery Priest 2 but everybody has the same comments and it's not good so I guess I'm just going to have to put my obsession of Korean dramas on the back burner until I can actually find something worthy to watch...without the cheesiness of comedies and sappy romances of course....It just seems like that's all these Korean dramas have to offer these days.

Um drama com potencial, mas com final decepcionante.

Regenge of Others como o próprio título sugere trata da busca de vingança. Tanto da protagonista que está buscando o culpado pelo assassinato do irmão, quanto do Ji Soon Heon que decide se vingar daqueles que praticam bullying em troca de dinheiro para pagar pelo tratamento hospitalar de sua mãe.

O início do drama é bem interessante e acompanhar a dinâmica desses dois personagens é bem legal. Porém nos últimos 3/4 episódios o roteirista opta por uma explicação preguiçosa para a resolução dos homicídios. Consegui desvendar o verdadeiro culpado pela morte do irmão da Ok Chami nos primeiros episódios, só faltava entender a motivação. Mas a motivação é o que chamo de "explicação preguiçosa".

Acho que teria sido muito mais interessante se o Seok Jae Beom tivesse cometido o crime por conta da manipulação do Gi Osung devido a sua falta de memória "pós-acidente" e ele se sentisse culpado ao descobrir a verdade do seu "acidente". Mas toda essa justificativa de transtorno de personalidade dissociativa é, na minha opinião, uma solução preguiçosa e até covarde. Teria sido muito mais complexo do ponto de vista psicológico uma pessoa cometer um crime passional e depois descobrir que a motivação para seu crime era uma mentira. Essa descoberta faria o Seok Jae Beom se sentir muito culpado e justificaria ele tentar ser legal com a Ok Chami para aliviar a culpa. Mas se foi a "personalidade malvada" que fez tudo, tira o peso do ato. Enfim, o drama tinha potencial para ser melhor, mas o final foi um tanto decepcionante.

Com certeza a história é interessante e te prende do começo ao fim, você se vê submerso naquele suspense, tenta desifrar o mistério porém quando acha que sabe alguma coisa, na realidade você não sabe e nem tem certeza de nada. O drama consegue manter um bom ritimo durante todos os episódios.

As atuações são boas e os personagens fazem sentido, e contribuem direta ou indiretamento para o desenvolvimento da história. Falando nisso adorei o casal protagonista, tinham muita química.

Em fim com certeza aconselho que você assista esse drama.

The story is certainly interesting and holds you from beginning to end, you find yourself submerged in that suspense, you try to enjoy the mystery but when you think you know something, in reality you don't know and you're not even sure of anything. The drama manages to keep a good rhythm throughout the episodes.

The performances are good and the characters make sense, and contribute directly or indirectly to the development of the story. Speaking of which, I loved the protagonist couple, they had a lot of chemistry.

In the end, I definitely advise you to watch this drama.

Fausse piste sur fausse piste… ce drama c’est un labyrinthe mental :D

Dès le départ, "Revenge of Others" m’a eu 😮‍💨 Il y a un truc viscéral dans ce drama... un mélange entre thriller scolaire et vengeance froide qui m’a tenue en tension quasi tout du long 👌🏻. C’est sombre, tendu, parfois injuste, souvent brutal, mais j’ai grave kiffé cette vibe un peu crue, un peu "underground", où chaque perso semble marcher sur une ligne fine entre victime et coupable 🎯👍🏻

Le spitch, on suit une lycéenne badass qui débarque dans un nouveau bahut pour enquêter sur la mort de son frère jumeau 👭. Elle croise alors la route d’un garçon solitaire et mystérieux, qui semble mener sa propre justice dans l’ombre... 🥷 Et là, ça part en course contre la vérité, entre manipulations, trahisons, vengeance, coups dans le dos et silences qui en disent long... bref tout ce que j’aime dans un revenge drama 🖤🫶🏻

L’alchimie entre les leads fonctionne bien 👍🏻. C’est pas une romance classique (d’ailleurs, c’est pas du tout le cœur du drama ☺️), mais y’a une vraie intensité, un lien étrange, un peu électrique entre eux. Ils se cherchent, se testent, se protègent… sans forcément se comprendre. Je trouve que ça a rend le tout encore plus addictif 😵‍💫🔥🫰🏻

Concernant les persos secondaires, ils sont pas juste là pour meubler, ils ont tous une ombre, un passé, une faille. Il y en a que j’ai eu envie de secouer fort 🫨, d’autres qui m’ont grave touchée 💕. Et même si parfois ça flirte avec le "too much", le drama assume à fond ses twists et ses face-à-face tendus.

Mention spéciale au rythme , il y a toujours un truc qui se passe. Un regard suspect... Un indice chelou... Une tension qui monte... Pas le temps de souffler, j'étais direct embarquée dans la spirale ✊🏻 Et le pire... C’est que je pensais avoir capté l’intrigue, je pensais tenir le bon coupable ou le bon twist… mais nope 😬🤣😅 Le drama a adoré jouer avec mes nerfs, m’emmener sur de fausses pistes, me faire douter de tout le monde jusqu’au bout... Franchement, j’étais en mode enquêteuse sur chaque épisode, mais jetais en carton... 🤣

Alors oui, y’a peut-être deux trois invraisemblances 🤔, quelques persos pas assez creusés à mon goût...mais je pardonne 😄. Ce drama, c’est un "revenge game" en mode ado… mais avec une vraie noirceur, des scènes marquantes, et une fin qui m’a laissée avec le cœur serré et les yeux grands ouverts 😵‍💫🖤

Bref, "Revenge of Others" c’est pas juste un drama sur la vengeance, c’est une plongée dans un monde où la justice est floue, et où les ados sont parfois plus lucides que les adultes 💥✌🏻

Felizmente consegui assistir esse dorama sem levar nenhum spoiler importante. Apesar de ter me interessado pelos protagonistas através de edits do tiktok, consegui assistir revenge of others sem saber exatamente o que me esperava.

Foi bem interessante e me prendeu do início ao fim. Fui surpreendida em quase todos os episódios com as reviravoltas da trama. Amo o gênero de suspense e esse foi um com os desfechos mais satisfatórios pra mim. No entanto, ainda sobre o final, eu esperava que tivesse uma explicação um pouco melhor sobre motivação do culpado. Senti falta até de um desenvolvimento mais profundo no conflito entre eles, essa foi a única lacuna em relação a trama que pra mim não foi preenchida completamente. Mas mesmo com essa falta de explicação mais concreta, eu não desgostei do desfecho da trama e vou deixar passar porque as atuações foram incríveis e os demais plots foram bem construídos.
