Cute but pointless
I didn't really get the point of this - it was fluffy but static. There was more than enough time to explore an element of their relationship, like what it's like for one of them to grow old and the other to stay young forever, or how annoying someone who is too neat and tidy can be - anything. The actor playing Ever 9 has an amazing body - I would have liked to see Yi Ping feeling awkward about being sexually attracted to him shirtless or something. I'm sure we've all thought about what sex with a robot would feel like emotionally - and since that's a very likely future for many or most people, it could stand to be explored.Ever 9 looked hotter with his hair like that.
The bumper car scene and the competition after that were the highlight of the episode for me.
Anyway, if you liked Anti-Reset, you'll probably like this, but nothing happens and the kissing is so-so at best.

I don’t feel we needed this
I do feel that this show didn’t really need a second season because it kind of seemed like it was over and done with them actually being together after a whole 7 year break from each other. I mean they didn’t really do anything in 24 minutes that made it feel like it was worth having a special episode like You Are Mine. All they did was have a meal together, and go to an amusement park that’s for literal children (I mean I would want to go to), but would’ve liked something else. I’m not gonna lie, but I didn’t really like the special episode with just Ever 9 and Yi Ping I felt it was a little boring, but a tiny bit entertaining and I also feel that the stay by my side couple Bu Xia and Jiang Chi carried for only being there for about 5 minutes because Bu Xia literally makes me crack up with him trying to target them at bumper cars because he wasn’t ready, but Ever 9 already started and when they had popcorn together and they were fighting on who’s the better couple and who’s better in real life, but I mean Bu Xia and Jiang Chi won because they don’t have matching necklaces like them, but they do have matching wedding rings. I can’t really say I recommend this special episode because I didn’t really talk about them to much, but if you liked Anti-Reset then I recommend this for you.Was this review helpful to you?

adorable
much like all of these special episodes it’s packed with cute moments and kisses.honestly I liked this ending better than the series ending. we get to see them progress through their life now and have an adorable date at an amusement park (might I add Huang Li Feng in all pink looks amazing)plus we got another scene with out stay by my side MCs. and truly it was hilarious. the play fighting back and forth about their “man” had be smiling for ear to ear.
honestly this was super heartwarming and fun. you also can’t go wrong with lots of kisses :)

Just fluffy fan-service
Again a special without a lot of story going on.It's just fluffy and lovely to watch their interactions but story-wise nothing is really going on. So, if you have seen the series, it's a fluffy ending without substance. As usual a cameo of the MLs of "Stay with me" was brought into the epsisode which did also nothing for the story but it's nice to see some other couples in each other series. I would wish for a real cross-over which could be entertaining as well.
So turn your brain off and enjoy watching their interactions.

Produced by Vidol, the Taiwanese streaming platform that has made the aforementioned BL series, the special episode brings us back to Chu Yi Ping, the emotionless university professor with few social skills who learns what it means to be human when he meets Huang Li Feng, an android caretaker who inadvertently steals her heart.
Full of romantic scenes, the special episode will take us, along with the two young people, on a trip to a playground in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, a place where lovers will visit to enjoy a tender and warm day of walking and romance.
Starring Wu Ping Chen ('Stay by My Side', 'One Afternoon', 'Komorebi'), as Yi Ping, and Huang Li Feng ('Stay by My Side', 'The Ambiguous Focus', 'Kinematics' Theory', 'The End of Our Youth') embodying Ever 9, the episode will confirm to viewers that the couple is happy and plan the future in the company of each other.
The audiovisual in turn will allow the viewer to appreciate the resumption of family ties between Yi Ping and his uncle and creator of Ever 9, after the events narrated in the series.
Directed by Lian Yu Zhe, who is also in charge of directing 'VIP Only', the episode, which lasts just over 24 minutes, also returns to Jiang Chi (Isaac Yang) and Gu Bu Xia (Hong Wei Zhe ), the protagonists of 'Stay by My Side' and 'Stay by My Side Special, who on this occasion will coincide with the main couple at the amusement park.
Based on the script written by Cai Fei Qiao, Kao Ru Ping and Nikki Hsieh, 'Anti Reset Special' has another important mission: to close the special episodes of the four Vidol BL series broadcast until today.

La vd que tenia muchas ganas de ver mas de ellos pq de las 4 series siento que la pareja de aqui era la que la tenia mas "dificil" pero se ve que van a ser felices y por mucho por tiempo, la vd que yo vi un crecimiento en Ever 9 y me refiero a un Ever 9 mas seguro de lo que siente y sintiéndose mas agusto amando a Chu Yi Ping, yo se que de aqui en adelante ellos van a ser felices siempre, aqui hay cameo de los protas de Stay by My Side que 1ro es el capitulo especial de ellos y luego seguiría este pero aun asi fue bonito verlos a los 4 ojala y se me haga ver a los 8:)Was this review helpful to you?
