Sae Byeok messed up
The story concept is actually quite interesting, but the overall build-up feels messy and not well-developed. One of the biggest issues is the lack of chemistry between the main couple.Ha Neol does a decent job expressing his emotions—his performance feels natural and convincing. However, Sae Byeok falls short in comparison. His acting feels dull, with very limited facial expressions, which makes it hard to connect with his character. Because of this, the emotional depth between the two leads doesn’t really come through, and their chemistry ends up feeling weak.
That said, since it’s a short drama, it’s still watchable if you’re just looking for something quick. But beyond that, there’s nothing particularly special about it.

Spicy but lacked taste
This KBL had an interesting plot and had all the things to make it a good series but it lack certain elements to make it good. First of all, the acting. Gawd that was the most awful acting that I have seen in a while. Ja Woon needs to stop serving face and serve acting lessons first. He literally had the same expression on his face the entire series that it was starting to become funny and the dialog delivery was just as awful. It was so obviously when it was time for an emotional scene. It made me uncomfortable rather than sad. Next, the plot. This series had a interesting premise imo. But the execution was so awful. Especially in the last few episodes. Because tell how does it make sense for Sae Byeok to just put these 'secrete letters' that ruin their relation in the first place to put it out in the open. Mind you this has happened two times. Also the force angst of the main characters. Tell me what will Ha Neul achieve by self isolating himself. He wasn't even threatened or had any misunderstandings. He just did that for shits and giggles. The stalker wasn't even out mind you. She was in jail. So yeah they could have gone about it in a better way. Now the chemistry was good. I like the NC scenes. I am always happy to see good kisses and not kisses where it seems like two dead fishes are making out. So yeah. Ultimately, I only stayed cuz of that. If not this would have gotten an even worse rating from me.Was this review helpful to you?

Started out promising and went downhill from there
Where do I start with this. Honestly the first episode was good! One of our main characters, Ki Ha Neul, wakes up and realizes he has amnesia. He has no recollection of the past 10 years. The guy he remembers as his rival/sometimes friend in high school (our other main lead, Yeo Sae Byeok), is claiming to be his long term boyfriend. However, it just goes downhill from here. It’s a convoluted plot of flashbacks. There are too many storylines happening at once. I will say the NC scenes are really good. Which, considering the rest of the drama is a hot mess, is surprising.
And for my final rant, Yeo Sae Byeok is a horrible person and should have ended up alone! *SPOILERS AHEAD* This man (Sae Byeok) kept his stalkers threatening letters hidden away and never told anyone. This results in his Dad being killed (protecting his sons boyfriend). So then his boyfriend, Ki Ha Neul, feels extremely guilty and blames himself for the Dads death. Later on, Ki Ha Neul gets run over, not once, but TWICE, because of this stalker. Ruining his lifelong dream of playing tennis.
And this was all caused because Yeo Sae Byeok didn’t want to go the police? Was he too lazy? It was never explained.
OH OH AND LETS NOT FORGET, in high school Sae Byeok stole Ki Ha Neuls girlfriend away because he was jealous. God Forbid that man have anything good in his life.
I would have been much happier if Ki Ha Neul ended up with the guy that ran him over with the car. At least he felt guilty and tried to redeem himself.

I did not expect that, my bad for not reading the synopsis. BUT I was positively (?) surprised. I did expect more of a love/hate relationship (like before they got to be together), but they show me how they live as a couple, after a few years. Especially as an idol and his hidden boyfriend.
They were cute together and I loved how the main character tried to accept the fact he liked his enemy, it was funny.

Not what i expected!
This was a great story, it was somtething completely else then i expected when it started.Unfortunatly the time jumps were not done very clear, so that was a bit confusing.
The visuals were stunning and the music beautiful.
The actors did a good job, the moments with emotions were done very good. Unfortunatly the "normal" acting felt a bit flat, you could see they still need a bit more experience in acting to grow and act natural troughout the whole drama.
The mains had amazing chemistry and kisses and the intimate scenes were great too. They show quite a bit, but not too much. The last intimate scene was filmed so beautiful.

How Did This Come from the Director of Love for Love’s Sake?
I really wanted to like this drama, mostly because it’s from the same director as one of my absolute favorite K-BL series, Love for Love’s Sake. But alas, it was so disappointing. I still can’t believe it’s the same director who made LFLS.The screenwriter(s) did a terrible job. Three countries (Korea, Thailand, and China) were involved, and the result was still terrible. The storytelling was really bad. Honestly, WeTV should have just given the production to a Korean team instead of a Thai team. I really wonder what they were thinking.
I hope WeTV reads the comments and improves in the future. For their first original K-BL, they did a really poor job. It was so boring that I almost gave up and just wanted to rewatch Love for Love’s Sake again and again.

A Bit Disappointing
I enjoyed the premiee. The ML wakes up after an accident missing 10 years of his life's memory and has to rediscover his past. He has difficulty coming to terms with his new living situation and even has to relive some of his old traumas. It started off very interesting but there are some parts which don't make sense. Why did he think he and SaeByeok were enemies and why he couldn't imagine they were together given their past relationship? There is a scene where he was fighting with him 10 years ago but fhat situation was not clarified.
Overall the drama is nice but everything feels a bit dull and muted. There are also things that don't make sense. Like why not have security camera just in case you catch your stalker. Why the police was so incompetent? Why quit your career? Very strange.
There were moments when the episode felt like it was too slow and I had to speed it up. I will probably forget this drama with time unfortunately.

Never Forget the SAUCE
Holy crap this was spicey! I found out its a Korean BL distributed by a Thai company, so that makes it make more sense. Not that I haven't seen spicey Korean BL's before but this was definitely top 3 at least! It definitely had its issues with the pacing and the plot at points. But overall this was enjoyable to watch and I hope to see more from the main 2 in the future! Was this review helpful to you?
You won't regret watching this series
t’s been a long time since a TV series made me laugh, cry, get excited, disappointed, and then get excited all over again—but mostly just stay completely glued to the screen.
The best thing about this show is the performance of the two lead actors, and what’s hard to believe is that this is the first serious acting role for both of them. They brought a captivating sincerity and an undeniable chemistry to the screen that makes it hard to take your eyes off them.
Yes, the plot isn’t perfect—there are a few plotlines that could be better and scenes I would have skipped or done differently—but I can honestly say that this show, and especially its main actors, have found a big special place in my heart.
I really, really hope to see them in a second season!

interesting
i had good time watching, the show has it own flaws but i do like the cast, the male leads have good chemistry and the plot is interesting,it does make sense that the show gives thai vibes as its produced by a thai company, while the actors are both korean and speak in korean language, im kind of thankful that we didnt have half of the cast speak in korean while the other half smh understand korean but reply in thai, when everyone is talking in the same language it feels more logical and watchable so there is no issue related to that here.the good points:
an interesting plot, good chemistry, visually beautiful
flaws: one of the ml acting is a bit weak
overall id love to see the mls in more bls in the future

The series title is misleading
Overall, a nice story about amnesia, loyal love, being chased by a crazy fan, a secret that should be forgotten. Thanks to the Thai production, there are bold scenes of NC for a Korean film. The actors are very handsome, they had amazing chemistry with each other. The series is mainly focused on the feelings between the partners. Apart from a few unforgivable mistakes in the script (the killer can send threatening letters and make phone calls from prison), I liked the series. Was this review helpful to you?
