I will quote the user miina, cuz she has the same reasons I have to rec Kill me, Heal me.

Similarity? How the male lead is sick or having family members opposing and yet the romance are going strong. Good medical case study for you to study and learn about from the perspectives of the patients too. Perhaps only in drama, can we see ill-ed person having a lasting romance.

Also centering around mental health and psychiatry, It's Ok focuses more on someone living with the condition in society rather than the hospital and medical context.

Both deal with mental illness and are very good at showing the spectrum of the human condition. In both dramas one of the characters is a psychiastrist and also in both dramas both characters suffer different mental illnesses.

I would say both are having this ‘psychological issue’ main leads. At first, as I watch Bad and Crazy I thought he was seeing things ‘schizophrenia’ only to find out that he have ‘split personality’ with different character unlike Kill Me, Heal Me or Hyde, Jekyll, Me. For sure the genre of Bad and Crazy is different with It’s Okay That’s Love but the ‘hallucinations’ of K just reminds me of Han Gang Woo so I believe this could be another drama of similar theme with different genre.

Figuring unique and interesting group of leads with strong personalities complementing each others. Each character was well built and funny, with their own problems and flaws. The story creates a world where they all became friends instead of narrowing it down to just the leads. No unnecessary love triangles. Talk about how they met each other and grow/heal together. The dialogue is witty and meaningful.

'It's okay, that's love' deals with mental health even though there is no autistic person. ML has mental health issues and FL will do everything to help him because she loves him very much.

These are completely different plot-wise, but they leave you with a similar feel and strong message. In both dramas, the leads fall for each other while the female lead helps the male face his fears and overcome emotional issues from childhood, and the male lead helps to break down her guarded emotional walls. Plus the supporting cast in both are just as lovable! Add some gif-able comedic scenes and squeal-worthy bromances and you've got a couple of dramas worthy of a 10 star rating IMHO! If you like one then you're sure to like the other.
