Seung Ho

Seung Ho graduated from Baekshin High School in 2012.  He decided not to pursue a college degree and chose to concentrate on his acting career.

Seung Ho made his entertainment debut in a commercial in 1999. He started as a child actor first, appearing in the television drama Daddy Fish. He later played several other child characters such as The Way Home, Hearty Paws, Magic Fighters Mir and Gaon, etc.

After a praiseworthy performance in these shows, he was affectionately labeled as "Nation's Little Brother"

He was cast in one of the major roles in Master of Study. He then played a more mature role in Flames of DesireLater that year, Yoo sang a duet with singer/actress IU titled "Believe in Love" for the charity program Love Request.

The song's lyrics were based on a diary that Yoo had written while seeing orphans of war in the slums of Sri Lanka.

In 2013, Seung Ho starred in the music video "Eraser" with Park Shin-Hye. Following the music video, Yoo published his first photobooks titled Travel Letter, Spring Snow, And others.

Seung Ho enlisted for his military service in the army in March 2013, where he reportedly became an instructor training recruits.  He was discharged in December 2014.

He was next cast as a stubborn webcomic writer raising a cat in the TV adaptation of webtoon Imaginary Cat.  He followed this by starring in the Joseon-era romance film The Magician directed by Kim Dae-Seung, in which he plays a circus magician who falls in love with a princess. Seung Ho was then cast in SBS's legal thriller series Remember as a lawyer who defends his father on death row.

In 2016, Seung Ho starred in the historical comedy film Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River. In 2017, he starred in MBC's historical drama The Emperor: Owner of the Mask and romantic-comedy I'm Not a Robot. In 2018, he was cast in SBS's high school drama My Strange Hero. In 2020, Seung Ho starred in the mystery thriller Memorist as a detective in the police force with the power to read people's memories. Yoo Seung-ho was scheduled to appear in the film 'Firefighter', but when the filming was postponed in the aftermath of a novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), Yoo Seung-ho got off the film project due to schedule problems.

Now, Seung Ho has an upcoming drama When the Flower Blooms, I think of the moon announced to be airing in 2021 alongside Lee Hyeri

The cast lineup for the upcoming drama...

The first drama I watched of Seung ho
was I'm not a robot. in I'm not a robot he portrayed a rich shareholder with an allergy. he could not come in physical contact with a human, it would cause him a life-threatening allergy. he suffered from it until the female lead shows up.

I can’t say this drama has the best plot, but the chemistry between the characters and the heartfelt messages made up for it.  The chemistry, characters, atmosphere, and Yoo Seung Ho’s expressive acting have made it work.

It has been a long time since I’ve been so invested in a drama, and I’m certainly glad I didn’t drop it by reading the negative comments on the drama pages and gave it a try. This is one of the dramas that I will always remember even after a long time.

This was the drama I watched almost immediately after finishing I'm not a robot.
In this drama, he portrayed the expelled student Kang Buk Soo really well. the chemistry between him and the lead actress was really good too.

Every actor fits their role. Each and every episode made me feel happy, sad, and angry. Seung Ho is really a great actor. Jo Bo Ah also played her role well. Kwak Dong Yeon was also superb, he played that psycho or mentally ill role very well.

THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME DRAMAS OF SEUNG HO I WOULD  RECOMMEND;

                           Memoirist

The emperor: Owner of the mask

                              Remember

                    Warrior Baek Dong Soo

In the SBS drama award 2016 he won Excellence Award, Actor in a Genre Drama for his role as Seo Jin Woo in Remember.

In MBC drama awards 2017, he was nominated for the grand prize (daesang) for his role as Crown Prince Lee Sun in the emperor: Owner of the mask. In the same program, he won the Top Excellence Award, Actor in a Miniseries for the same role.

THATS FOR TODAY.....
