Han Hye Jin will reportedly return to the drama industry through JTBC!
On June 29th several media outlets reported that Han Hye Jin is set to return to the drama scene after five years of hiatus. Han Hye Jin will reportedly lead the upcoming drama "Sacred Divorce" which will premiere in 2023.
"Sacred Divorce" will be a new drama from JTBC. It will be directed by Lee Jae Hoon and written by Yoo Young Ah. It was also revealed that Jo Seung Woo will be the male lead in the series.
The upcoming drama will base its story on the popular Kakao webtoon of the same name. It will narrate the journey of how 45-year-old divorce lawyer Shin Sung Han helps and solves the problems of different kinds of families.
Han Hye Jin got the offer to play the role of Lee Seo Jin, a weather forecaster. She will meet Jo Seung Woo's character during her divorce case. Jo Seung Woo will play the male lead role named Shin Sung Han, a divorce lawyer.
"Sacred Divorce" aims to premiere in the first half of 2023. Other casts and broadcast details are not yet revealed.
Han Hye Jin last starred in the 2018 drama "Let's Hold Hands Tightly and Watch The Sunset" with Yoon Sang Hyun, Yoo In Young, Kim Tae Hoon, Lee Na Yoon, and Lee Mi Do.
The actress is known for being part of the dramas "One Warm Word," "When A Man's in Love," "Syndrome," "Jumong," "Be Strong Geum Soon," "1% of Anything," "Inspector Park Moon Soo," "Romance," "Friends," and more.
Ever since Han Hye Jin got married, the actress decided to do activities less actively. Many are already anticipating her next comeback project.
