Nam Da Reum will join the cast of the upcoming romance K-drama My Youth.
On January 14, it was officially confirmed that Nam Da Reum will play Song Joong Ki's younger counterpart in the new K-drama My Youth. Nam Da Reum's agency BAA also confirmed the casting of their artist.
This will be the child actor's second confirmed upcoming K-drama. He will also star in the upcoming Netflix original K-drama The Price of Confession with Jeon Do Yeon, Kim Go Eun, Park Hae Soo, Jin Seon Kyu, and Choi Young Joon.
Last year, he made a grand comeback to acting after serving in the military. He led the Drama Special Season 15: The History of Us with Tang Jun Sang, Yoon Na Moo, Choi Hee Jin, Jo Han Chul, and Choi Ye Chan.
Nam Da Reum played the younger versions of popular K-drama actors such as Kim Seon Ho, Jung Hae In, Lee Je Hoon, Lee Jong Suk, and more.
My Youth will reveal the romantic journey of two individuals who once stood by each other in difficult times. After ten years, their paths cross again, leading to a fresh start and new love.
The upcoming K-drama will be led by Song Joong Ki, Chun Woo Hee, Lee Joo Myung, Seo Ji Hoon, and Lee Bong Ryun.
Nam Da Reum will portray the younger version of Sunwoo Hae, a novelist and florist who was once a celebrated child actor but has since faded from the public eye. He now lives a life different from his former life as an actor.
