Jung Ryeo Won in Discussion to Lead a Rom-Com K-Drama Helmed by "Something in the Rain" Director

Jung Ryeo Won will possibly star in another romantic comedy K-Drama. 

Media outlets reported on July 19th that Jung Ryeo Won will be starring in the upcoming romantic comedy K-drama titled Graduation. 

Jung Ryeo Won's agency H& Entertainment responded to the circulating reports. According to them, Jung Ryeo Won did receive the proposal to lead the upcoming K-drama and she is currently reviewing the offer.

The upcoming K-drama will be the comeback work of director Ahn Pan Seok who's known for creating the K-dramas One Spring Night, Something in the Rain, Heard it Through the Grapevine, Secret Love Affair, The End of the World, A Wife’s Credentials, and more. 

Graduation will tell the romance story of a man and a woman who were a couple back when they were still studying and got reunited as academy instructors now that they are already adults. 

Further details are yet to be revealed on the upcoming K-drama Graduation.

If Jung Ryeo Won confirms her casting, this will be her second upcoming K-drama. The actress is set to star in the upcoming romance series The Married Couple Is Jobless together with Yoon Kye Sang. 

Last year, Jung Ryeo Won led the Disney+ original K-drama May It Please the Court with Lee Kyu Hyung, Jung Jin Young, Kim Hye Eun, Kim Sang Ho, and Girls Day's Park So Jin. 

Jung Ryeo Won is known for starring in various K-dramas such as Diary of a Prosecutor, Wok of Love, Witch's Court, Bubblegum, Medical Top Team, The King of Dramas, My Lovely Sam Soon, Hello, Franceska, Saxophone, and more.
