Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Actress Kim Sun Young is joining the cast of the upcoming JTBC K-drama Quiet Sales.
On March 20, media outlets revealed that Kim Sun Young will be one of the main leads of the upcoming K-drama Quiet Sales.
She will work with confirmed casts Kim So Yeon, Kim Sung Ryung, and Lee Se Hee.
Kim Sun Young recently starred in the JTBC K-drama Queen of Divorce with Lee Ji Ah, Kang Ki Young, Oh Min Suk, Lee Tae Goo, and Na Young Hee. The actress also made a special appearance in the box-office film Exhuma as Oh Gwang Shim, Lee Hwa Rim's (Kim Go Eun) senior.
Quiet Sales will be her second JTBC K-drama for 2024.
Last year, Kim Sun Young was also busy with several projects such as Love Reset, Concrete Utopia, Queenmaker, Crash Course in Romance, and more.
Aside from the upcoming K-drama, Kim Sun Young will also join the cast of the upcoming movie Portrait of a Family. She will work with Ryu Seung Ryong, Ha Ji Won, Kim Shi Ah, Park Myung Hoon, Yoo Jae Myung, and Kim Young Min.
Kim Sun Young is known for being part of the K-dramas Doona!, The Silent Sea, Backstreet Rookie, Kkondae Intern, Crash Landing on You, Vagabond, When the Camellia Blooms, Because This Is My First Life, Reply 1988, and more.
Quiet Sales is set in the 1990s and the story will focus on door-to-door salespeople.
Kim Sun Young will portray the role of Seo Young Bok, one of the door-to-door salespeople. She is a mother and a wife in the play and works hard for the livelihood of her family.
There is no confirmation yet on the start of filming and broadcast date of the upcoming K-drama.
Quiet Sales will exclusively premiere on JTBC.
