Lee Jong Suk will possibly make his official debut in an OTT K-drama.

On April 12, media outlet E-Daily released an exclusive report stating that Lee Jong Suk will be leading the upcoming Disney+ K-drama titled 1 Second. According to reports, the actor is positively considering the proposal. 

Lee Jong Suk's agency Ace Factory responded to the casting reports. According to them, "It is one of the works that have been offered to Lee Jong Suk. Nothing has been confirmed yet."

If Lee Jong Suk confirms his casting, this will be his first ever original K-drama on an OTT platform. This will also be his comeback to K-dramas after two years. 

Lee Jong Suk was last seen in the 2022 K-drama Big Mouth with Girls Generation's Im Yoon Ah, Kim Joo Heon, Kwak Dong Yeon, Yang Kyung Won, and Ok Ja Yeon

He also starred in the 2022 movie Decibel. He worked alongside Kim Rae Won, Jung Sang Hoon, Park Byung Eun, Lee Sang Hee, and Jo Dal Hwan

Lee Jong Suk made his acting debut in 2010. He is best known for being part of the K-dramas Romance Is a Bonus Book, The Hymn of Death, While You Were Sleeping, W, Pinocchio, I Hear Your Voice, School 2013, and more.

1 Second will revolve around a firefighter who can see the future and uses this skill to save people. The K-drama will be based on a popular webtoon of the same name that was released through Naver in 2019.

The upcoming K-drama will be produced by ArcMedia which is known for also handling the Disney+ original K-drama Big Bet and other series such as Youth of May, Live Your Own Life, and more.

1 Second will reportedly premiere on Disney+. 


There is no official information yet on the release date and other casts of the upcoming K-drama.
