Lee Joo Bin receives offer to star alongside Lee Dong Wook and Lee Kwang Soo in a new tvN K-drama

Lee Joo Bin will reportedly join hands with Lee Dong Wook and Lee Kwang Soo in the upcoming K-drama Divorce Insurance. 

On July 10, several media outlets reported that Lee Joo Bin will be the female lead in the upcoming K-drama Divorce Insurance. 

Lee Joo Bin's agency ANDMARQ shared their side regarding the reports. According to them, "It is true that the K-drama is proposed to the actress. It is one of the projects that she is reviewing. 

If Lee Joo Bin confirms her casting, this will be her third upcoming K-drama. 

Early this year, Lee Joo Bin starred in the hit tvN K-drama Queen of Tears with Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won, Park Sung Hoon, Kwak Dong Yeon, Kim Gab Soo, and more. She perfectly portrayed the role of Cheon Da Hye, the wife of Kwak Dong Yeon's character Hong Soo Cheol who is part of a conglomerate family. 

After Queen of Tears, Lee Joo Bin is set to appear in the upcoming series Tarot with Cho Yeo Jung, Park Ha Sun, DEX, Go Gyu Pil, and Seo Ji Hoon. 

She will also be part of the upcoming thriller K-drama Guardians which will be led by Jung Sung Il. 

Aside from K-dramas, Lee Joo Bin will also appear in the upcoming variety program Europe Outside Your Tent Season 5. She will travel and discover the hidden gems of Europe with actresses Ra Mi Ran, Kwak Sun Young, and Lee Se Young.

Divorce Insurance will showcase how a product development team filled with genius employees will create a new divorce insurance product. 

Director Lee Won Suk who is behind the films Killing Romance, The Royal Tailor, and How to Use Guys with Secret Tips will helm the upcoming K-drama.  Writer Lee Jae Yoon (Secret Royal Inspector & Joy) will pen the script.

Just this week, it was also revealed that actor Lee Kwang Soo is in talks to join the series just like the reported main lead Lee Dong Wook. 

There is no confirmation yet on the character that was offered to Lee Joo Bin in the upcoming K-drama. 

Divorce Insurance is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2025.
