Oh Jung Se confirmed to reunite with Jun Ji Hyun in a new K-drama
Oh My Girl's Arin got the offer to star alongside Lee Soo Hyuk in the upcoming webtoon-based K-drama S Line.
On September 1, various media outlets shared that Arin will be joining Lee Soo Hyuk in the upcoming K-drama S Line.
Arin's agency WM Entertainment shared their side regarding the news. According to the agency, "Arin received the proposal and she is currently reviewing the offer."
If Arin decides to join S Line, this will be her follow-up K-drama after the 2022 series Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Light and Shadow. This will also possibly be her fourth K-drama project since her debut.
Arin has starred in the K-dramas The World of My 17 and Alchemy of Souls. She also made her debut in movies in 2022 through the film Seoul Ghost Stories.
This year, Arin also participated in the tvN one-act play tvN O'PENing: Summer, Love Machine Blues with Go Soo, Yoon Jong Bin, Yoon Jae Chan, Park Young Soo, and Kim Tae Moon.
Aside from acting, Arin is active in all the activities of her group, Oh My Girl.
S Line will base its story on the webtoon of the same name created by a famous cartoonist named Little Bee.
The upcoming K-drama will tell the story of a visible "red line" that appears over the human head and leads to a person who has a relationship with him.
Lee Soo Hyuk first got the offer to star as the male protagonist. The actor is currently reviewing the offer. Meanwhile, Arin got the offer to play the role of Hyun He Eop, the female protagonist of the K-drama.
There is no confirmation yet on the broadcast date and channel of the upcoming webtoon-based K-drama S Line.
