Park Sung Hoon confirmed to join the upcoming tvN and Netflix series "The Glory"

On January 17th, Park Sung Hoon's agency BH Entertainment confirmed the reports that their artist will be joining the upcoming drama by writer Kim Eun Sook ("Descendants of the Sun") and director Ahn Gil Ho ("Stranger".) 

Park Sung Hoon will be joining the main leads Song Hye Kyo, Im Ji Yeon, and Lee Do Hyun in the upcoming tvN/Netflix drama "The Glory." 

"The Glory" is the new revenge drama of writer Kim Eun Sook. It will tell the story of a high school dropout due to brutal school violence. After several years, the assailant's child became an elementary student and the victim takes up the position of the child's homeroom teacher. This will be the start of her revenge. 

The upcoming drama will be Song Hye Kyo and writer Kim Eun Sook's reunion since 2016's "Descendants of the Sun." 

Park Sung Hoon's character role and filming schedules are still under discussion. 

"The Glory" will be 100% pre-produced drama. It will have 8 episodes and will premiere this year. 

"The Glory" will be Park Sung Hoon's follow-up drama after the controversial canceled SBS drama "Joseon Exorcist" with Kam Woo Sung, Jang Dong Yoon, ZE: A's Kim Dong Jun, Jung Hye Sung, Min Jin Woong, Geum Sae Rok, and Lee Yoo Bi. Park Sung Hoon also starred in "Drama Special Season 12: TV Cinema - Hee Soo." He also made a special appearance in the 2021 drama "Dramaworld 2."

The actor is known for starring in the dramas  "Into the Ring,” "Psychopath Diary,” "Justice,” "Black Knight: The Man Who Guards Me,” and more.

Park Sung Hoon made his debut in the 2006 movie "Ssunday Seoul" starring Bong Tae Kyu, Go Eun Ah, Lee Chung Ah, Park Geon Il, Jeon Jae Hyung, and Jeon Hyun Sook
