Upcoming tvN drama "Eve" starring Seo Yea Ji to premiere on May!

The upcoming tvN drama "Eve" will officially start airing this May.

On April 28th tvN released the official main poster of the upcoming drama "Eve." It was also shown in the poster that the series will begin airing on May 25th.

In the poster, the main lead Seo Yea Ji crumpling a rose was the main focus. The poster also states "at the hottest moment, I will see you fall in the coldest way," showcasing her plot to have fierce revenge. 

"Eve" is the latest work of director Park Bong Seop ("The Uncanny Counter") and writer Yoon Young Mi ("Birth of a Beauty" and "One Well-Raised Daughter").  The drama will be produced by Studio Dragon and C-JES Entertainment.

The upcoming drama will reveal the story behind the 2 trillion won (approximately $1.7 billion US dollars) divorce case that shocked the nation. It is a revenge drama that is focused on destroying the 0.1 percent/richest people of Korea.

"Eve" will be led by Seo Yea Ji, Lee Sang Yeob, Park Byung Eun, and Yoo Sun. 

The upcoming series will premiere on May 25th at 10:30 PM KST. It will replace the drama timeslot after "The Killer's Shopping List."

Seo Yea Ji will play the role of Lee Ra El, the center of the 2 trillion won divorce case. She will seek revenge for the shocking death of her father when she was still young. 

This will be the comeback project of Seo Yea Ji after her controversy in 2021. 

Seo Yea Ji last starred in the hit 2020 series "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" with Kim Soo Hyun, Oh Jung Se, Park Gyu Young, Jang Young Nam, and Kim Chang Wan. 

The actress is known for being part of the dramas "Lawless Lawyer," "Save Me," "Hwarang," "Moorim School," and more.
