Then why bother to do a remake if the bare minimum can't be done?

It's always K-drama viewers being mean to other countries remake and worshiping K-dramas cause it can't be done as good, when K-dramas remake other countries dramas y'all defending it

KUDOS TO YOU,  YOU ARE A GOOD PERSON.
I think exactly the same,  that's why i can't stand kdramas and kdramas fans at all. They act high and might when they can't even portray well deep topics

 Chinese Empress:

i can't even enjoy it, i'm watching it only to properly judge it but it's so lighthearted i can't

hence why I don't see it as go ahead remake because how different it is and the title did not represent the drama. Fabricated Family when the bare minimum of playing pretend like a family were nowhere to be found. The show runners probably only want a quick cash grab and shout out from go ahead international viewers. They should just remake hidden love instead because it's a proper romance drama instead of family drama

just several days ago in other platform they dissed go ahead's actors visual like please dissing The Tan Song Yun, The Song Wei Long, and The Zhang Xin Cheng visuals 😭😭😭

also saying that they didn't want to watch go ahead because the language sounds weird 🤦

and they dissed a local web drama from my country, saying it was plagiarizing one big K-drama because it has same topic, when that web drama adapted from local webtoon 🤷

I think she is more girly than the chinese version but her essence is still there. She's still impulsive, she talks without filter and is kind of bratty like her counterpart in Go Ahead. At this point, I've seen a lot of adaptions from chinese and thai dramas and in my opinion, this is a good adaptation, the feeling that it the original gave me is still the same, and they actually made a good job in discussing things that the chinese never did. They are putting a lot more emphasis on the high school period.

Not only light-hearted all the feelings are just *light* like everything is so mild nothing is actually *hitting the heart* the way the original did. Even the relationship between xiao and ziqui was so wonderfully done like more than just the romance, Go Ahead focused on their relationship as brothers first and they never BLAMED eachother for their "mother" thing (it was so cringe the way sanha and haejun were fighting like babies)

Fans are so stupid. That trio is perfection.

the problem is that she should NOT be sissy and girly she is. It's a very bad thing changing her behavious, she's the worst among the three. A good adaptation, where, when they are so happy that it's disgusting?

she was raised by a single father and surrounded by 2 men and 2 boys. Ju Won being girly without mother figure is so out of character

the audacity of them attacking their visuals is so insane, objectively speaking among the trio only Jeong Chae Yeon is visually on par with Tan Song Yun, Song Wei Long, and Zhang Xin Cheng

i don't like the korean trio, even though they are quite on par with the Chinese one. They lack something, i don't know.

Go Ahead centered around Li Jian Jian, she was the heart beat of the family. Meanwhile FBC centered around Kim San Ha, but his relationship with Yun Jung Jae wasn't as warm as Li Hai Chao and Ling Xiao, San Ha's dad was too awkward (maybe it's his character) with everyone meanwhile Ling He Ping is a chatterbox

Agree 100%  with you.  What a pity they wasted the opportunity for a  good adaptation

After seeing my fair share of adaptations, I don't think that they should be identical, they should transmit the same feelings and keep the most iconic scenes.  It's true that we will not get to see her full transformation into an adult woman with her change from tomboy to girly,  but we will probably see a change in her personality and I'm honestly excited to see how they will navigate that and how they go separate ways and how they reunite, because even if they haven't stayed as faithful to the original material in some aspects, the range of emotions is still there, I cry every episode.  And I think they talked more about the grief of losing a sibling, which yes, they did mention it in the original, but not as intense and emotional as this one.  In conclusion, Adaptions are not identical and they shouldn't be. Boys over flowers and Meteor Garden are based on the japanese comic and they are not identical at all and they are still very good dramas in itself. So, if you like it´s okay, if you don't that's okay too, but making all this comparisons and expecting it to be identical seems unnecessary to me, because if you wanted the same thing from the original, you can always go to watch the chinese one, Why bother watching this one then?
