I created a new title but the contributor's name is not appearing..

Please help. What should I do if the contributors of the said title is not appearing? I recently created a title for the upcoming tv show Law of the Jungle in Sunda Islands but my name's not appearing as a contributor.  I see nothing wrong with the other shows, only the recent one.
