I often download sound effects to edit my videos from https://soundeffekte.net/ and hope it will be useful for everyone.

In my experience, in addition to skills, you also need to have your own collection of sound effects.

I totally agree! Having a personal collection of sound effects is key. You can find some great ones at efektydzwiekowe.com to build your library.

To make my videos more attractive and engaging to users, I often visit: https://gertone.info/ to find and download good sound effects.

I’m still learning though I have some FMVs and edits up on several platforms.

Apart from having a stellar program,  i think a good edit is about precision and flow  -  clear focus, smooth transitions, pacing, consistency, timing, attention to details and emotional clarity.

Practice makes perfect they say..and there’s always a first time to everything. :)

Nice tips and great links from some of the commentors here!
