She is Hagio Sae. In marked contrast to her beautiful tone and attractive looks, her personality is somewhat impertinent. And to top it off, she communicates through very vulgar sign language.

Not exactly audible shouty but I'll take it because it looks like it could be quite something to watch.

When fl is about to move from Sena's apartment. Watch it thrice. My favorite Kimutaku's dorama. There should be shouting match in Beautiful Lie on the first episode since I remember Kimutaku being angry (and slamming his car door probably) saying fl can't drive and so on (but she's on wheelchair actually). Let this one be a bonus.

9. Tokyo Love Story

When they're on vacation, Rika shouts but I'm not sure whether  ml shouts or not but since it's quite far he should be. Watch it twice. There's a remake. I just know. But the original is so phenomenal.

Final episode, when the two leads meet again after years. But mostly the bad one shouting his love while the good one tries to escape but then they make up. Also read the manga.
