The Witch: Part 1 the Subversion (2018 SK)

Great film about a "witch" produced by genetic experiments on humans. But beware, I can only recommend to tose who have an high tollerance for violence, blood and gore. (Part 2 is out now in theaters)

Hwayi: A Monster Boy (2013)

Very good action Film, with the young Yeo Jin Goo (recent works; Hotel del Luna, Beyond Evil, Link: Eat, Love, Kill) as Hwayi, who was kidnapped as a child and raised into a lethal hitman by his abductors. Read the Tags before watching!

Well it was a classic knoir…in my opinion it is a good watch if you want to watch it for Choi minsik and Ha jungwoo or if you love the noir genre…otherwise i think the movie resonates more with the general korean public as it shows the time when gangsters were at their peak…
