1. 1 liter of Tears - the most heartbreaking and sad yet inspiring drama ever. If this drama is not in your least of saddest/heartbreaking yet inspiring dramas, then it should. hahaha
2. Oh My Gueumbi - there really is something about kids and disease that just gets me in the gut. it is just universally sad, and so was this drama
3. Nine Times Travel - there was just something so sad about how the ML though he was given a gift of time travel, only to find out that it was a double edge sword of curses.
4. Heartless City - one of the most tragic heroes in Korean dramas
5. Bu Bu Jingxin - the love story of the main characters was super tragic, they had so little beautiful happiness, yet had lifetimes of sadness with all the love they had for each other. so unfair
6. Autumn in My Heart - a classic tearjerker and sad drama
