looking for this action drama.

i think this was aired around 2000-2006. the genres are action,  drama, and i think romance too. unfortunately i don't know if it's korean, tawainese, or japanese drama since it's dubbed when i was watching this.

the story is about a group of assassins i think but what i know is they kill. they wear black suits. not sure if they're suits but what i remember is it's color black. i think on the women main casts they're wearing tight suits. its setting is modern era. their weapons are katana/swords and i can't remember if they have guns too. also, i believe they usually ride motorcycles.
