Korean and Japanese dramas are kind of at a tie for me, but I've seen more Kdramas than Jdramas. Now and then I'll find a really good Taiwanese Drama.
For me its Korean first, although sometimes i do prefer J-drama versions like Hana kimi. Taiwanese would be third since i haven't watched a lot of them.
Korean dramas there so nice and innocent not as much sex as in american dramas
all of them, especially Korean
I like Korean and Japanese Dramas.
Even if I started with the classic Korean dramas like Autumn Tale and Winter Sonata, I also like Japanese dramas, there was a time in which I got really into Japanese dramas, I didn't watch as many, but I enjoyed what I watched, I especially liked dramas in which Kamenashi Kazuya starred, so maybe that's why J-dramas have a special place in my heart (plus it's all thanks to Kame, Adachi Osamu being Kikumaru Eiji in the Prince of Tennis, and Masaki Okada starring in Otomen), but then Boys Over Flowers came into my life and that was my return to k-drama land. I enjoy both, I find K-actors handsome but there are also some VERY good-looking J-actors, I like both actually haha. I haven't finished a J-drama ever since Kami no Shizuku (but I've watched some movies with Koike Teppei and that got my interest back), Ohitorisama is on my list to watch. But well, if the story picks my interest I will watch the drama, no matter the country. However I haven't watched Taiwanese dramas yet, but I will some time, Devil Beside you, Skip Beat and fondant garden are waiting for me :3
Though I've seen great dramas from various countries I usually stick with Kdramas. Mostly because at this point I know the actors or at least recognize their faces which I think makes it much easier to ease into a drama. On a more artificial point, style/fashion wise, I like Kdramas the most and sometimes, especially with Jdramas, I have the hardest time adjusting because I simply don't find certain characters attractive when they're supposedly the most beautiful/handsome character or something. In terms of what I see in day to day life, Kdramas and Twdramas are the most similar in fashion styles with Kdramas perhaps being a little more fashion forward. I also seem to have really bad luck with Jdramas and have a very poor success rate with them which I think is partly due to the fact that I'm not really "in" the jdrama scene so I don't know what's the biggest thing around or what's a classic and such. I really do want to watch more Jdramas but I never know what's good.. As for Chinese dramas I tend to think back to my childhood with Sun Wukong and Huan Zhu Gege so I don't really watch them now (though I recently watched BBJX and loved it but the fact that the majority of Chinese dramas are dubbed is still a huge downer for me). For Twdramas, I frequently find myself bored at one point or another in the middle of the story. Sometimes I use them to practice my Mandarin more than anything. So yeah, for dramas I tend to lean towards Kdramas but for movies I'd like to think I'm a bit more balanced.
If I had to choose then it would be korean dramas, but I love other dramas too, especially chinese and taiwanese. Right now I'm in a minor drama slump so I try to watch more chinese and taiwanese dramas to practice my chinese. I prefer taiwanese dramas that are well-made and not as dorky / cheesy / dramatic as they tend to be sometimes (even though I like them too). Same goes for thai dramas, it's important that they're well-made and not too much. Nowadays there seem to be a lot of great thai lakorn out there, so I try not to watch as many of the old ones as before. They've often got too much violence, rape and drama. Not to talk about the weak plot lines. I mean, I don't mind kiss-slap dramas (I love them, hehe), but they've to be good and without rape. So yeah, I love thai lakorn as long as they're good, like Taddao Bussaya or Tawee Pope.

I also watch a lot of japanese dramas, but I rarely find good ones. Most of the jdramas out there seem to be so-so compared to all the great korean dramas, haha! But when I do find a good japanese drama I totally fall in love with it.
