While none of these is similar to "180 Longitude", five BL titles that I can recommend as very good, despite sad or ambiguous endings (and despite my strong preference for HEAs), are: "Eien no Kinou", "Something In My Room", "Once Again", "The Best Story" and "My Bromance" (but only the original 2014 movie - the 2021 retconned sequel was very disappointing). 

I took a quick look at your watch list and don't see any of these, but I didn't look carefully.

Thank you so much. Eien no Kinou was already on my ptw and I seemed to check on Something in My Room but deleted it back then. I'll check on them all once again.

Nevertheless, I enjoyed the series. The story was original and engaging in a detective sense, and the actors were quite good. Actually, given that my opinion on this one isn't biased by hormones (as it usually is*), this should give me more credibility.

I am enjoying it so far. It is not a 10 though but who knows, I have two episodes left so lets see.

I think it was the big grandiose display that had my toes curling. When I was in college, it was a thing among my guy friends to show each other embarrassing videos to see which one was worse, and one common theme was rejected proposals and I always noticed how all the woman would literally run away LOL People who love you should know that makes you uncomfortable.

I always believed that public proposals are a psychological manipulation because the person feels public pressure to say yes.

Is anybody else watching Smells Like Green Spirit? If so what did you think about Ep 4? That shit made me so uncomfortable. 

I knew the teacher was a fucking creep by the way he kept watching Mishima but I was hoping I was wrong and that he'd look out for him. *disappointed but not surprised*
