How will people know whether a user is genuine or spam?

In just one week, two users have blocked me simply because they misinterpreted my intentions and words. Foolish people. Sometimes, I feel like MDL is full of trolls and senseless individuals. Whenever I engage with an intellectual, this narrative starts to fade. But encountering foolish individuals again brings it back.
