How am I still getting notifications on Disqus if Dramacool is officially shut down?

Ever since Dramacool shut down, I tried to find another site to use. Someone mentioned to me that they used Kissasiantv. I quickly realized that they use the same website for the comment section. That's how I found out people are currently upvoting my comments. It's frying my brain on how this is happening. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this.
