Buying Ambiguous Focus dvd

I really want to buy a dvd of the movie Ambiguous Focus. I live in USA and as long as it has English subtitles I can order even if overseas. Great movie but so upsetting they did not get back as a couple at the end. I was so upset and crying. The prior movie that had these characters seemed like a different movie altogether.
