Hi, So I'm a little stuck. I remember this song and music video from a long time ago. I don't remember the artist, but I remember the video, sort of....:
so in the video, she lives in some kind of house made of ice. it's literally all ice, and she sings in it... And later I think she finds her boyfriend dead on the ground, frozen to death. maybe he was finding her, maybe he delivering something. I don't really remember.

Maybe the artist starts with a A, but I don't know. But it is a female! I remember her coming out with other songs in the pop genre though, but this song was a slow song I think.
