While looking for new stuff to read I found an ongoing Joy of Life Manhua with 185 chapters currently, that covers the entirety of the first two seasons and more. Manhua are Chinese comics incase you didn't know. Also as a warning it is also more faithful to the novel than the drama so there is an harem element.

It's called Celebrating the Remaining Life, the translation is readable and the art is good.
