It's a huge part of it. It's how Mizuki stays in the school, plus it adds the extra tension when she sees him in precarious positions with students. He's a big portion of the humor in the story, and I love his relationship with Nanba and Io.

I'm excited to see the korean version yet i'm anxious that it may ruin the original japanese version, you see, i wasn't very pleased with the taiwanese neither the japanese remake

i know what you mean! i loved the original japanese version, but didn't like the remake or the taiwanese one. but that's why i won't compare this one with the original because it can't ever beat the original japanese version :D and my hopes aren't that big because of the director and the fact that about half of the actors are singers. but who knows! maybe they can act :D and i still want to see this really badly :))

For upcoming SBS drama TO THE BEAUTIFUL YOU, lead actress Sulli ("f(x)") had to get her hair cut to play her character Goo Jae Hee, who disguises herself as a boy to enroll at an all boys high school.

Sulli had her hair cut by 60cm. (23 inches) at a hair salon prior to filming her own hair cutting scene. She then filmed her hair cutting scene, in which she takes scissors and cuts her own hair, on July 7, 2012 at SBS Ilsan Production Studio. She wore a wig during that scene.

In the drama series Minho plays Kang Tae Joon, world amateur record holder in the high jump. The stills show Minho as high jumper Kang Tae Joon for the first time. Minho received training in the high jump from former national high jumper and coach Kim Tae Yong. During practice, Minho was able to jump 180cm (5.9 feet) without using a take-off board. Filming for the high jump scene took place on July 6th at a gym located in Icheon City in Gyeonggi Province.

he's so athletic and competitive...love him...not sure about the drama though...but he's lovely in variety shows...one movie i've watched of him bored me to death lol...nevertheless i still love him <3

Well don?t they look pretty together. The stars of the upcoming gender-bendy rom-com To the Beautiful You have already jumped on the couple photo shoot bandwagon in a spread for Vogue Girl, sporting very similar looks, as drama heroes and their crossdressing heroines are wont to do. Why not do some drama promo and get some practice snuggles down in the meantime? It?s a win-win.

The remake of Hana Kimi stars f(x)?s Sulli as a girl who poses as a boy to go to an all-boys? athletic school, and SHINee?s Min-ho as the hero, Kang Tae-joon, a genius high jumper. I? don?t even know what a genius high jumper is or how he differs from a regular high jumper, but in any case, he hits a slump that pushes our heroine Gu Jae-hee into dressing up as a boy to be by his side.

She?s no more stripped of her girlish looks than any of the crossdressing actresses before her (funny to think how many, actually), but that?s never been a strict rule of the genre. We just go with it, like we believe in body swaps and time jumps and genius chaebol heroes. Everyone will believe she?s a boy and that?s that. Gender-bending aside though, the look is really cute on her.

The 16-episode drama promises fun and fluff. Let?s pray to ye drama gods that it also comes with a beating heart. To the Beautiful You premieres August 8 on SBS.

I agree I mean as much as I love Sulli and I'm a huge fan of F (X) I still think she looks too much like a girl to play the korean Mizuki...But i hope she pulls it off Can't wait for the first ep of this drama though.

i still haven't finished the japanese version -_- I shud finish that before this one starts. -sigh- to many new dramas starting makes me want to abandon ones that are on my list! WAITING TO BE WATCHED! it looks intrested considering I quite like the japanese version so far
