btw, I just finished Drunk to Love You and immediately started another drama, but at least it's the weekend T_T

I'm planning on watching A LOT of drama between now and Tuesday :) I don't want to stop.... My studies are starting up again next year so I should get all the bingeing out of my system as soon as possible 

Yeah I'm definitely using this holiday weekend to the max.

Have you considered a trip to the deep woods? I’ve never had a device last more than a few hours while watching video without a power outlet nearby.  Of course the withdrawal symptoms get pretty bad on day 2. 

Watch something boring or something that moves at a snails pace like Ruler of the Mask or  Saimdang Lights Diary.  Your brain will slow down and you won't push yourself to stay up because something like these are less compelling.

I went away a week ago to somewhere with almost no signal (let alone Wifi).... I just about died of the withdrawal symptoms

I tried that. I ended up just starting another drama after dropping the series midway through xD

Hmmm...this is a tough one. I think maybe you can ask someone else in your house to remind you it's time to stop and get some sleep, or put an alarm on your phone. 

But I think the result only comes if you're willing to take some unpleasant measures. You could set a rule of just two or three episodes and try to control yourself better. I know it can be difficult(I also lost some nights binging) but it's not impossible as long as you are willing. Sometimes we have to have self control.

Also, try watching only currently airing dramas, this way it's easier to stop watching because you have to no matter what

I also recommend watching currently airing dramas but if you prefer binging then give yourself an amount you'll watch for a day example 4 episode today and then maybe watch a western show to distract you.
