About 'Children of a lesser god'

So, recently I came to know about this drama called " Children of a lesser". Going through the reviews and comments, the drama seems to be a good one. But the synopsis state that the female lead, most probably, can see ghosts. I am really really not into horror stuff. 

So can anyone tell me how scary the drama is?  Do they really show disgusting, distorted faced scary ghosts in this drama?
