there's no way he's dead,i mean in what drama did the main character ever died?His heart must have simply stopped for a while during the operation because the way he disappeared at the end is different from when ghosts do when they leave this world(i mean they become something like a colored ind and go up while he simply faded,must have gone back into his body)

I'm really curios why hanna still hasn't sold the jewel and why she's back

This is by far one of the crappiest things that I've seen happen in dramaland. Literally *15 min before the stabbing scene* I texted my friend gushing about how amazing this drama is and how I'm in love with this character. By the end of the episode I was fuming. If this turns out to be another cluster f**k like Big I'm going to lose it. I love this drama. It's one of my fav rom-coms. I just hope that they can tie this all together and make it work. Ughhhhh I'm so annoyed right now

I strongly believe that ***his heart just stopped for a while while on surgery and the doctors brought him back, thus his ghost ended up fading away, which by the way coinsided with him saying I love you to TGS BUT I absolutely refuse to believe he died! After having read a summary of "a stormy night" I'm really worried he will have forgotten everything about TGS after he wakes up and I'm a little put off by this....poor TGS.***

I totally agree with you, I'm hoping his heart stopped briefly and that was all. I'll be so annoyed if he forgets about her after all this :(
