Political and business drama

These are the ones that I'd always recommend:

Stranger and Stranger 2, Dr. Romantic and Dr. Romantic 2, Life, Chief of staff and Chief of staff 2, Doctor Prisoner, Hyena, Search WWW, Chicago Typewriter, V.I.P, Defendant, and Prison Playbook. 

Other than those, I can think of Queen of Ambition, Vincenzo, and Falsify,

For something completely different try My Fellow Citizens! It has politics, romance, company power struggles and a whole lot of laughs.

Encounter might work. It is primarily a romance but there is also family power dynamics and some politics and she is the CEO. I found this one to be a good, steady paced drama without the really bad, never ending, nasty stuff (now that I have watched it a few times I just skip the nasty mothers bits).

The Rational Life - Netflix Original, very new, not on MDL yet. I haven't watched it yet either.

SKY Castle - This one might be a bit too full on for me so I am not sure I'll watch it. Looks like lots of family power dynamics and petty (scary) one-up-man-ship.

Nobody has mentioned Misaseng (Incomplete Life) yet, which is kind of the classic"fighting to survive in the corporate business world" drama.  Not for the faint of heart though, at least in the first half.  

 Also, no one mentioned My Mister, which actually has a fairly interesting office politics sub-story.  Of course, My Mister is so much more than that.   The best K-drama ever made, IMO.  If you haven't seen it, you're really missing out.
