First K-drama you ever watched ?

Autumn in My Heart....then the other 3 Seasons.... Summer Scent, Spring Waltz, Winter Sonata. I think that's why I gravitate towards tear-jerkers, melodramatic dramas....

My first kdrama is Dae Jang Geum on TV (I dont remember exact year, 2008 or 2009). Until 2013, I watched 5 historical kdrama. In 2013, I found kdrama sites and started to watch online

mine was I'm Sorry I Love You, I watched it almost 15 years ago. recently, I watched it again and couldn't believe how I could watch that as a child back then.

I think it was that SJK series "Innocent Man" back a good few years ago. It's a bit of a makjang so not sure what I was expecting but secretly still love that show all this time later. ?

It was Love Alarm (2019), which is also a poorly received drama looking at the ratings and reviews. I just managed to click on it while browsing through Netflix.
