Do I need to watch the first season to watch season 2? I just want to watch season 2 because of J-Min 😳

Not unless you want to spot the cameo.  This is a completely different storyline, and even the class at the centre of the first season is no longer featured.

There is actually absolutely nothing to be gained by watching S1 unless you want to know how much better S2 is than S1 (like 5 times better).
