• Semantic Error - The toxicity is pretty much limited to the first few episodes.
• Advance Bravely - Technically this one is censored. Definitely recommend the uncut version over the cut version.

Very toxic:

• Addicted Heroin - It was cancelled, so it's incomplete, but it's one of the most iconic toxic BLs. A more censored remake is currently airing.

You will have to look for fansubs on YouTube, or other video sites.  The original aired during a time when BL was a smaller, fandom and the studios did not add English subs.  I watched this back when it was new, so you may have to do some digging because the top results will probably be the recent release, that I did not watch.
