i will recommend
"it's okay, that's love" if your in the mood for a romance with a message
"MARS" if your in the mood for a melodrama romance
"take care of the young lady" or "skip beat" for a romcom (though skip beat is more comedy than romance... But there is a wee bit in it)

EDIT: wait! Before any of the above watch Queen In Hyun's Man!!! It's one of my faves!

I see you dropped You're Beautiful. Unless there was a major reason,i suggest picking it back up again. It took a good 5-6 episodes but it does get better. I also recommend Paradise Kiss. Was a great film.
