help I can't remember what it's called.

Can someone please help me. I remember  watching a drama about a girl who is a aspiring fashion designer and her step mom claims the girls designs her own. The girl also has a friendship/ relationship with a popstar. I am pretty sure that it is a Korean drama but I am not certain. It must be a minimum of 10 yrs old.

wasn't toGETher like this? although it's been a while since i've seen it but it's taiwanese and it's her sister not step-mom but i honestly can be wrong. I seem to rememeber her drawing pictures and the sister taking them. Jiro Wang plays a failed popstar living in their house.

Thanks but it's definitely not Fashion king or toGETher... ???? 
I remember the popstar parents objected to him being a pop star also. 
It was either the step mum who owned the clothes store or maybe it was just a manager and the girl just worked there.
