(Slightly Graphic Description Ahead, Please be Advised) So, Im trying to think of the name of a drama I watched before, I believe it was a detective drama, but the only thing I can remember about it is : (Slight Spoilers for this currently unknown drama ahead) The MC/MCs were investigating a woman's finger that was found or something, and they eventually found out that the woman had a stroke(or something) while driving, and she could only move her hand/arm, and she tried to hang it out the window to signal for help, but her hand got hit by another car and knocked her finger off
