she picks another guy at first because she likes him and that destroys her relationship with the male lead? The male lead likes her and eventually she comes to terms with her feelings for him, but before that their close relationship is destroyed because of her being with someone else first.

49 days (but with a twist so I won't spoiler it)
They were friends but then a misunderstanding caused them to separate and she later gets engaged. The male lead keeps her at arms length after that but she thinks he's doing that because he hates her now.
