Male lead hates the female lead at first

Either it happens early in the show or before it. He loved her, but now hates her for something she did to him. Can be romance related or not. She feels bad because of what she's done. Second male lead is coming after her and maybe succeeds, but in the end the male and female lead end up together after he forgives her.
