Dramas with good plot. Any recommendations??

Looking for dramas that focus on something else besides just romance as I usually tend up drop them after a few episodes. However, if you know any particularly good dramas with mature romance and great chemistry between the leads I'd love to hear your recommendations as long as the romance is not the only/main focus 

Some examples of the ones that I've watched and enjoyed:

Love me if you dare 

Liar Game 

Kleun Cheewit 

Strong woman Do Bong Soon 

The Virus 

Any genre and country is fine as long as it's not any longer than ~25~ episodes

- ATM 2 (Thai): this is the most hilarious married couple story ever :D


I suggest you drop That Man Oh Man Soo(Korea) on your PTW list, and continue Because of You(China)/Khun Mae Suam Roy instead

So some of these have romance but it's not the main plot and some have none at all.

Oh and the longer epi ones, there is no dragging at all so don't worry about the story.

Oh and thanks for pointing out about That Man Oh Soo. didn't realize I haven't dropped it yet, as I've watched the first 2 episodes and don't plan on continuing.

  • Tunnel (minimal romance)
  • Naked Fireman (it's only 4 episodes so I highly recommend this for a short but good drama)
  • Chicago Typewriter (some romance but mainly friendship)
  • Rooftop Prince
  • Mr Sunshine (still airing)

BTW all of these dramas have romance in them since I took them from my list (I watch mostly romance) but I tried to pick out the ones that have other aspects in them like business,swimming,work.,etc
