Argon (about journalists and their work)

Awl (labor union)

Incomplete Life (slice of life about white-collar workers)

Yoona's Street (slice of life about a group of working-class people living under one roof; the only downside is that it's 50-episode long)

I have some other recs that might fit your criteria, but they're from before 2014
