drama where the female lead is pregnant

I'm currently looking for dramas where the female lead becomes pregnant (it has to be the main aspect of the drama) 

Dramas I already watched about this: Fated to love you, Heard it through the grapevine, Loving never forgetting

Plus, the dramas should be Korean & Japanese, not Chinese/Taiwanese/Thai etc.
