I forgot the name of the drama, helpp~

All I remember is that in the last episode, there is a female giving birth and something happens so this old man who seems well versed in medicinal issues comes and helps her give birth. Outside her husband is frantically waiting and when he hears something happens to her, he tries to go in but can't because he shouldn't. 

I think it was a Chinese drama and a romantic historical drama.

For more specifics, The old man was like a magical kinda person, he came in spinning if that makes sense..
