Genius female lead & NO LOVE INTEREST WITH MEN

I'm finding a drama where the female lead is A GENIUS and she DOES NOT fall in love with men throughout the whole series and also NO ex-boyfriend or ex-husband please. Imagine a character like daimon michiko in doctor X. I will be very happy if she's a lesbian but that's pretty rare, so my request is that she is at least an asexual please. Thank you very much!
