It does have romance but that is not the main focus of the story. Even romance is shown jokingly so, its a fun light hearted watch. Similar to Friends tv show.

A girl joins an all boys high school unwillingly and has rocky relationship with all the boys but she she slowly become friends with them. Its mostly about friendship. it also has romance but that is shown in bits. Friendship drama mostly.
Gokusen: https://mydramalist.com/25-gokusen Japanese drama about the fl joining an all boys school as a teacher but her secret is that she is from a Yakuza family. At first the boys treat her like shit but slowly warms up or at least starts to be more respectful to her as their homeroom teacher. Fun watch, also has an anime.
Kuragehime: https://mydramalist.com/26205-kuragehime Japanese drama based on an anime/manga. Fl is a jellyfish enthusiast/nerd and has the talent to be art illustrator, but she is extremely introverted,She found solace in a small house called Amamizukan where the women are just like her. Has a weird hobby and doesn't want to interact with other people. But then our fl meets a totally opposite extremely extroverted woman who helped her save a jellyfish. But she was a he, a cross dresser who loves fashion. And now this man starts liking spending time in amamizukan, and be friends , helping them with dealing with outside world when things go down. There is little romance but its mostly based on friendship and teamwork.
